    Lizzy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and a certified Safe and Sound Protocol clinician. She holds a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors in Music. With a background in the arts she values creativity within the therapeutic process. Lizzy is trained in Marriage and Family Therapy and has a passion for working with families. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and an advocate of the Neurodiversity Movement. Lizzy works with adolescents and adults.

    Therapy with Lizzy:

    First and foremost she prioritizes safety in the therapeutic process. Joining with clients and supporting their agency in the therapy process helps create the foundation for growth and change. Lizzy utilizes an integrative approach which includes attachment-based, acceptance and commitment, exposure, and person-centered therapies. She leans heavily into polyvagal theory, especially when working with neurodivergence. No two nervous systems are the same and understanding our individual nervous system allows us to harness strengths while acknowledging and working with challenges.

    Eli is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He is trained in multiple evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy, the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and motivational interviewing. Eli values collaboration in the therapeutic process and creates a space where clients feel safe, respected, and heard.

    With experience working with individuals, couples, and families, Eli supports clients through challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, stress, relationships, grief, self-esteem, substance use, and family conflict. He is LGBTQ+ affirming, practices with a multicultural lens, and believes in honoring each person’s unique experiences and strengths. Eli works with clients across the lifespan, from preteens to older adults..

Joining with clients and supporting their agency in therapy lays the foundation for growth and meaningful change.

    Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a published children’s author, and a seasoned school guidance counselor. She holds two master’s degrees from Columbia University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Counseling. Drawing from her background in cross-cultural competence, adjustment, and living internationally, she values a holistic, empathic approach to care. Lauren is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies and has a passion for helping youth and adults navigate diverse life experiences. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and an advocate of the Neurodiversity Movement, infusing creativity and warmth into her work.

    Her integrative, evidence-based approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered modalities, allowing her to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. Lauren knows that no two people are the same, and she honors each person’s individuality—helping you harness your strengths while working through challenges.
