I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting teens, homeschool students and emerging adults through everyday stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I offer a warm, practical, and down-to-earth approach that helps individuals feel more confident, steady, and capable in their daily lives.

Many of the people I work with are looking for a supportive space to talk things through, gain perspective, and learn simple ways to manage what’s happening in real time. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, think more clearly, and move forward with more ease.

Therapy with Lauren:

My style is conversational and present-focused. Sessions are flexible and centered around what you need in the moment—whether that’s processing stress, navigating a situation, or working through decisions.

I currently offer weekday daytime sessions (9:30 AM–1:30 PM), in-person and virtual. This is especially well-suited for homeschool, college-aged, and flexible-schedule clients.
