Co-Founder

Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a published children’s author, and a seasoned school guidance counselor. She holds two master’s degrees from Columbia University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Counseling. Drawing from her background in cross-cultural competence, adjustment, and living internationally, she values a holistic, empathic approach to care. Lauren is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies and has a passion for helping children, teens and emerging adults navigate diverse life experiences. She is affirming and an advocate for all, infusing creativity and warmth into her work.
